LAUNCHING Grace...

Because we are soooo excited for launch day, February 18, 2025, here is a bit more about Chris and her book "Grace Yourself: How to Show Up for the Sober Life You Want"—Who she is, why she's sharing her alcohol addiction story with you now, and how her vulnerable share can help you and your loved ones. No hurt is a waste unless we keep it to ourselves.

ABOUT THE BOOK:

Every driven achiever feels the pressure to perform and craves more rhythm and margin in their agenda. Yet, after working with countless high performers, we know that many struggle with some sort of addiction, remedying the pressure to perform with harmful habits. The result is even more stress, self-doubt, and uncertainty. Chris Janssen knows how to help people overcome the pain associated with self-sabotage. She has developed effective coaching tools through her foundational teaching: Living All In. Her latest book, Grace Yourself: How to Show Up for the Sober Life You Want, is a guide developed from personal experience with the experiences of clients who now live empowered lives! This book will help you to:

  • Stop self-sabotaging behaviors.

  • Overcome the grip of addiction with the help of community.

  • Break free from self-doubt, uncertainty, and overwhelm.

  • Replace harmful habits with strategic, empowering practices.

  • Achieve a life with rhythm and purpose.

  • Embrace worthiness and certainty.

This book uses 3 parts to help you get unstuck: Uncovery, Discovery, and Recovery. Chris Janssen’s unique approach guides you to transform your life, turn your story into a powerful affirmation, and condition yourself for sustainable success with the help of a supportive community.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

As a young woman, student, member of the corporate world, stay-home-mom of 3, counselor, then results coach, I loved being energized by my work. Yet, I also experienced overwhelm, uncertainty, and self-doubt. Since founding Chris Janssen Coaching, I’ve seen countless other driven achievers struggle with these same hindrances. This moved me to develop a transformative process called Living All In and write Grace Yourself: How to Show Up for the Sober Life You Want.

Seeing talented high performers ensnared by addiction or harmful cycles crushes me. I became frustrated with societal pressures that exacerbate and normalize many addictive behaviors. Which is why I developed coaching tools as a remedy.

Today, I love equipping clients with strategies for breaking unwanted patterns and overcoming limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors.  I am committed to being a voice of encouragement of the loveliness and worth of every person I get to serve. If you resonate with these struggles or celebrations, I invite you to pre-order Grace Yourself. I believe it will positively energize your life!
